Here is a summary of my life this past month .It was my Grandpa's Birthday recently and we celebrated in our our Romanian country house, where I have milked cows, washed dogs and bathed in a few salty lakes.

Celebrated my Grandpa's Birthday

I have a new passion, fire

the sun has also made my hair much, much, much blonder

My doggy, Ollie

I had lemonade with my Grandma

Watched black and white TV, on my Mum's 70's from when she was a teenager

Had a look through my Grandma's boxes

Persuade a chase to drink coke from vintage glass bottles

Drew to my hearts content

Bought, melon's from a gyspy and his horse-pulled cart

Climb up a few trees in search of apples

and had a climb, up a hill

Spent time in a Romanian hot spring

Played Badminton, with only thing we could find. A couple of 80s rackets

Spent a few day at my friends house

Went to the mountain

Went to church

Went to a Romanian town. Too obvious?

Had a large tub of my favourite Ice cream, Cassis

Had a ton of berries

Adopted a cat

Spent time in a Romanian Salt Lake

Gilbert Garcin

Born 1929, he only started his art work when he was retired. He makes all these photos on he's kitchen table. Using only Scissors, Glue, Paper, Clay and parts of Mecano. I love him at the moment and quite amazed by what he does.

Doc?

I recently saw the new Harry Potter. But I'm in Romania, so I saw it in Romanian. Not all the same, considering that when there was a joke about Neville's (unfortunate) surname, Longbottom, it wasn't translated. So I was the only one bursting out loud in the cinema room. At the end (trying not spoil it for anyone who hasn' seen it yet) they're a '19 years later' bit, which completely spoiled it for me. Harry Potter is cool and full of adventure and all that, and they showed him, a dad, settled in London living a normal life.

 I don't really follow Harry Potter, I just try and follow the movie whilst I'm watching it, but Clemence de Poesy, (which doesn't appear for very long in the Deathly Hallows) I am completely obsessed with.

I find her quite amazing.

Being in the middle of nowhere for a week, help me remember movies I haven't seen in a while, so I watched the trilogy of 'Back to the future' and have fallen back in love with the eighties, along with a 'younger' Michael J Fox  and with 1950s music, especially Johnny B. Goode.

Delta

The Romanian Delta is were the not-so-salty water from the Danube water meets the salty sea water of the Black sea. Pelicans are extremely rare and today I saw a massive group of them, and here are some of the photos I took.
